To optimise productivity and efficiency, clinical laboratories have begun to adopt the lean management concept. This approach involves systematically identifying and eliminating any steps that do not add value. This management philosophy, derived from the Toyota Production System (TPS), has proven to be highly successful. In this webinar, Dr Tjan will share the value stream mapping of laboratory process, the different lean tools, and how innovation can be applied to optimise flow and productivity.
