Lecture Abstract
The coagulation system encompasses the pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic steps to produce a set of results used in thrombosis and haemostasis investigations. Generally, test systems undergo rigorous evaluation before service provision, assessing analytical accuracy, precision, linearity, and detection limits, among other factors. Such evaluation should be analyser and test-specific to ensure the system’s performance is robust enough to yield quality results. The laboratory is committed to providing accurate results for patient management and must, therefore, ensure the test system used is adequate and that potential sources of error are accounted for.
In this webinar, our honored speaker will cover the different aspects of the standard evaluation of the Coagulation system and share different guidelines.
