Dr. Shanthi Naidu has been the President of the Association of Medical Biochemists of India and she has been a “Technical and Lead Assessor” in the field of Clinical Biochemistry for the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories, Govt. of India. She was also nominated by NABL, New Delhi as the Expert Member in the Accreditation Committee for Medical Testing Laboratories.

This webinar shares information about infection and inflammation, focusing on Biochemistry markers. Biochemistry markers are one of the frequently requested diagnostic tests. A few of the infection markers such as CRP, LDH, D-dimer, Ferritin play a prominent role in prognosis. In this webinar we address the role of these biochemical markers in the management of patients with COVID-19.
