Key Job Purpose

The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with the consultant and business user in various business areas such as Sales, Marketing and Service.

Scope of responsibility includes providing 1st level support, change management, solution design, testing and deployment of solution for CRM system.

Participate and support cross-business applications (S/4, Concur etc.) solution design discussions culminating in testing and deployment of appropriate solution for CRM system.

Tech-Support

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for User experience, including onboarding, licenses/permissions assignment and conduct end user training.
  • Perform 1st level support to business user within Asia Pacific by providing technical support, analysis of issue and problem resolution.
  • Work with the business process owner/expert including other business application users (S/4, Concur etc.), to implement functions and features of D365 as needed including but not limited to workflows, plugin, data imports and exports, automation, and optimisation.
  • Interact with business owners/users including other business application users (S/4, Concur etc.) to understand & gather business requirements and translate those requirements into a solution design.
  • Analyse existing business processes and working with business owners/ users including other business application users (S/4, Concur etc.), to identify opportunities for improvements, perform gap analysis, document and translate business requirements into well-architected technical specifications and solutions.
  • Perform System Testing and prepare User Acceptance Test Script for developed solution.
  • Participate in migration and release management processes and perform other Dynamics system admin duties as needed.
  • Accountable for properly following all IT standards, processes, updating all system documentation and methodologies as applicable including but not limited to CSV and JSOX Standard.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in supporting and implementing CRM system.
  • At least 3 complete life cycle of CRM implementation.
  • Experience in CRM administration, workflows, plugins and form customisation.
  • Experience in customization, configuration and development of 365 applications.
  • Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, C# NET
  • MS Office – Word, Excel (include Pivot table), PowerPoint
  • Power Platform, MS Visual Studio, Power BI
  • Positive, take initiative, welling to learn, efficient at work
  • Project, Visio, JIRA and Managed Engine
  • Travel Requirement: 40-50% a year
