Coordinates the receiving, shipping, and material handling responsibilities in the Warehouse/Distribution Centre by designing and developing product movement and storage systems, improving operations and supporting front-line staff. Responsibilities include cost-efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service deliverable and safety at workplace.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with local regulations.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse activities including receiving, storing and deliveries.
- Develops team to solve day-to-day operational issues and achieve short-term and long-term performance goals.
- Optimise and manage the warehouse storage efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate and execute periodic cycle count activities and ensure high level of inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with 3rd party logistics service-providers and with Production
- Coordinate Spare parts management with SC Planning and Procurement, and Customer Care
- Arrange for disposition of Non-Conformance materials regularly.
- Manage Inbound and Outbound Logistics operations, including 3PL service-providers
- Undertake various local and regional projects to improve supply chain/logistics efficiency and seek operational cost reduction
- Any other matter as requested by Superior
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Business
8 – 10 years experience
Skills and Knowledge Required:Supply Chain management
Attitude Required:Sense of urgency, Resourceful, Can-do Attitude
Knowledge Desired but not Essential:SAP
Travel Requirement:As required.
Others:Able to work on weekend or overtime where necessary
