- Work with Business functions’ business process owners (BPOs) to implement in-house business application softwares together with Business Application Management (BAM) team and other BPE Leads.
- Review and implement appropriate change requests for in-house business application softwares.
- Provide post-implementation support to end users of business applications.
- Develop any process enhancements and improvements.
- Managing multiple ongoing projects and its stakeholders related to Process Enhancements.
Responsibilities
Part of an implementation team to implement in-house business application software:
- Participate in business blueprints and designs for in-house business applications and ensuring
- appropriate cross-functions and cross-affiliates reviews of such business blueprints
- the maximum level of global and region standardization that is possible
- adherence to corporate governance framework
- the processes are efficient across business functions and does not impede other functions from carrying out their activities after implementation.
- Liaise with BPOs to ensure the blueprints and designs are appropriate and suitable to address operational needs whilst ensuring such business blueprints adhere to corporate governance framework.
- Work with BPOs to develop and/or change business processes as appropriate to ensure success of business application implementation.
Support integration testing, user acceptance testing, end-user training and go-live support.
Review and implement appropriate in-house business application software change requests:
- Review change requests received from users with BAM to ensure that such change requests are appropriate and suitable for operational needs whilst ensuring:
- the maximum level of global and region standardization that is possible
- adherence to corporate governance framework
- the processes are efficient across business functions and doesn’t impede other functions from carrying out their activities after implementation.
- Work with BPOs in reviewing business blueprint deviations and amendment the change requests or business process with requestors, users and
- Develop and/or change business processes as appropriate to ensure success of change requests implementation.
Support integration testing, user acceptance testing, end-user training and go-live support.
Provide post-implementation support to super-users:
- Create and implement programs that will provide refresher trainings to end-users in usage of business applications.
- Create and implement programs on-boarding new users by providing the appropriate trainings in usage of the business applications.
- Adequately address “how-to” queries from end-users.
- Adequately support users in handling complex transactions in the business applications.
Escalate to BAM, cases that requires BAM intervention.
Review and develop any process enhancements and improvements.
- Regularly review business processes (independent of any in-house business application softwares) with BPOs to improve on:
- Process efficiency
- Address corporate governance concerns
- Address external regulatory concerns
Work with BPOs to develop and/or change business processes as appropriate to ensure success of business processes changes implementation.
Requirements
- A Diploma or Degree in related discipline
- At least 5 – 6 years of business operations knowledge
- Possess good knowledge in business operations. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented, Stead-fast, Self-motivated, Proactiveness
