- Supporting CRM, Power BI and mySAP in terms of issue support, training, enhancements and improvements.
Analyse records in CRM, Power BI and mySAP to ensure accuracy.
Responsibilities
1. Supporting CRM, Power BI and mySAP in terms of issue support, training, enhancements and improvements:
- Work together with BAM team and external vendor in supporting day-to-day issues from users
- Adherence to corporate governance framework in terms of master records
- Ensure processes are efficient across business functions and across regions and doesn’t impede other functions from carrying out their activities
- Updating training manuals based on changes in the system configurations promptly
Support integration testing, user acceptance testing, end-user training and Go-Live support
2. Analyse records in CRM, Power BI and mySAP to ensure accuracy
- Monitoring records randomly by making sure its accuracy based on user’s day-to-day entry
- Creating knowledge base or know-how database and share with all users
Provide refresher trainings to end-users to make sure accuracy of data inputs when there is a need
3. Any other additional related responsibilities and project as required by Superior
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Business Management / Information Technology / Biomedical / Mechatronic / Electronic in Engineering.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and ERP (SAP system) system is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Maintains at all times the highest standards of professional and personal conduct, in thoughts, in words, & in actions.
- On-site technical knowledge in troubleshooting and servicing of equipment/machinery.
- Travel Requirement: 20% a year
- Able to work with minimum supervision and with people from different cultures.
